Any one up for a little challenge?
but I think we could do some serious damage. We would go entirely off of % of body mass lost, so no one ever has to know how much you weigh or how many pounds you have lost. My thought is we do weekly weigh-in's (at your own home of course) and then put comments on this family blog to track how we are doing. The winner would be the person who has lost the most % by Redfish. I will try (my ability depending on Graham's ability to take naps on his own) to post healthy tips or a challenge for the week on this blog each week. If you guys have any better ideas (like get points each day you do P90x or something like that) put it up and we can decide what to do.

I'm in! I like the good old-fashioned % of weight loss method, but anything would inspire me to do more than I'm doing now... which is nothing :) Do we have an official start date/time?
